Ordering:

We offer products through two primary methods:

  1. Subscription Plans – Recurring deliveries of BBQ meat boxes.
  2. One-Time Purchases – Individual orders outside of a subscription plan.

Subscription Plans

When you subscribe, you agree to the following:

  • We (via a third-party payment processor) are authorized to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis.
  • Your subscription continues until you cancel, or we terminate it.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time with at least 2 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.
  • Cancellation must be done via your account or in writing.

One-Time Purchases

Once a one-time order is processed and billed, it cannot be cancelled.

Payment and Billing Information 

By providing a credit card or other payment method on OriginalBBQBox.com.au, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the designated payment method and that you authorize us (or our third-party payment processor) to charge your payment method for all charges you incur for any purchase, whether it’s a subscription or a one-time order. You are responsible for and agree to pay all charges related to your order. If for any reason we or our payment processor cannot obtain authorization for charges to your payment method, or if any amounts are reversed or charged back, we reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or suspend any undelivered portion of your order.
  • Make second or subsequent attempts to charge your payment method.
  • Use other lawful means to collect payment for any outstanding amounts due.

You remain responsible for paying all applicable charges. If you wish to update or change payment information, you may do so by logging into your account and updating your payment details. We reserve the right to change product pricing or shipping fees at our sole discretion; however, you will be notified in advance of any changes to subscription pricing before the charge is made. Your continued use of our service confirms your acceptance of these changes unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.

Pricing & Availability

All prices are in Australian dollars and are subject to change. Any changes to subscription pricing will be communicated in advance. Your continued subscription after such notice constitutes acceptance of the price changes.

Product Substitutions

We reserve the right to make product substitutions based on availability. If you are unsatisfied with any substitution, please contact us at info@originalbbqbox.com.au.

Deliveries

You are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery. If there is any damage or quality concern, please contact us immediately at info@originalbbqbox.com.au, attaching photos for review. To maintain product integrity, refrigerate all perishable items immediately upon receipt. 

From the time of delivery, the condition and consumption of the Products are solely at your risk, and you are solely responsible for the proper and safe washing, handling, preparation, storage, cooking, use, and consumption of the Products following delivery. We are not liable for products once delivered to the address provided unless we receive prior notification of delivery issues.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you are unsatisfied with your order, contact us within 2 days of receipt at info@originalbbqbox.com.au. We may offer a replacement, credit, or refund depending on the issue.

Liability

Our liability is limited to the preparation, refrigeration, and delivery of products as described in these terms. Any damage or loss due to improper handling after delivery is at your risk.

Promotions

From time to time, we may offer promotional discounts or loyalty programs. Only one promotion can be claimed per customer at any given time.
