The Standard Low-Down on Returns & Refunds
We ship fresh, perishable products, which means no returnsโ€”once itโ€™s in your hands, itโ€™s yours to enjoy! Unlike products with a long shelf life, our tasty BBQ delights canโ€™t be restocked or resold.

If youโ€™re not completely satisfied with your Original BBQ Box (and we really hope you are), hit us up at info@originalbbqbox.com.au within three (3) days of receiving your order. Weโ€™ll check out what went down and work out a solution that could include a replacement, a credit for your next box, or even a partial/full refund. We might ask for some photos of the product and damage to make sure weโ€™ve got all the info.
We guarantee delivery to the address you provided when you placed the orderโ€”just make sure you’re there to grab it on the delivery date!

But since our products are perishable, we canโ€™t guarantee that everything will be perfect if:

  • The address you gave us was wrong
  • You forgot to update your address before the bill date
  • The address changes while your box is in transit
  • Or if you canโ€™t retrieve your box on the guaranteed delivery date and didn’t tell us in advance.

Need to update your address? Just email us at info@originalbbqbox.com.au before your box is shipped, and weโ€™ll sort it out!

If your order gets returned to us because of an incorrect address or refusal of delivery, weโ€™ll store it, get in touch, and work out a new delivery date. But if the box is delivered late due to a mix-up and youโ€™re unable to pick it up or damage happens, no refund will be given.

Youโ€™re responsible for any orders or charges that happen before you cancel. If you cancel after weโ€™ve already invoiced you, thereโ€™s no turning backโ€”weโ€™ll still send out your order.

๐Ÿ’ฅ Stolen Goods? Not Our Responsibility ๐Ÿ’ฅ
Once your Original BBQ Box is delivered, itโ€™s all yours to keep safe. Unfortunately, we canโ€™t issue refunds for stolen goods, especially if you didnโ€™t provide detailed delivery notes to help prevent it. So, make sure your box is safe and sound once it arrives.
